May 27th, 2010 - Completed |
Jumpgate customers : Email addresses
beginning with A-Z have been transitioned as of this moment.
PCS has begun migrating email from the old
server to our server. During this transition, email may be
split between the two servers. New email should start arriving
at our server in the next 24 hours, once new messages begin to show
up on our server, you should no longer need to go to the link below.
Any historical email will be moved to our server over the next few
days. This is a very slow and tedious process. If you
feel that you are missing any emails, please contact us for
assitance.
Please allow up to a week for this process to
occur.
To access our email server, click the Email
link on the left side of this page.
For any customers who are using Outlook/Outlook
Express or other email clients, please contact support at the
following email address.

Jumpgate
and State ISP account migration completed.
All Jumpgate and State ISP user accounts have
been migrated to the PCS in-house billing and authentication
systems. With this completed, we are better able to service user
accounts. Billing cycles are at the first of each month and
users will receive an emailed statement of charges. Automatic
billing is available via credit card and bank draft. Email and Web
Hosting service will be migrated to PCS owned and operated equipment
soon. Active users will be able to maintain their jumpgate.net and
stateisp.net email addresses.
WELCOME
Jumpgate.net and Stateisp.net users.
PCS is proud to announce the completion of our
acquisition of the State ISP customer and service base. PCS has
acquired the user base of jumpgate.net and stateisp.net customers.
Migration to the PCS services is being completed at this time.
A email claiming to be from PCS instructing users to either send
their email address and passwords to PCS, or another email claiming
that you need to download an update for your email are both
circulating right now. Both are fake and should be deleted.
We are working on trying to filter these as they appear, but are
very difficult to stop at the moment.
If anyone has replied to the email with their password or
downloaded the file and ran it, please contact PCS Support by
emailing support@pcsia.net.
A small glitch in the upgrade process for our mail server caused
Webmail to be inaccessible over the weekend. It has been
resolved and no mail was lost during this period of time. We
apologize for the inconvenience.
You may notice a different look to the Quarantine reports, this
was part of the upgrade process. We hope this makes accessing
your Quarantine easier.
We also have a newer spam filter in place that should finally
stop the higher than normal amount of spam we've seen the past two
weeks. If you continue to receive any spam, please forward
these messages as an attachment to
spam@pcsia.net and we will work
to get them added to our filters.
